With a  grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration, we have developed a 5-step Drug-Free Workplace Certification Program which will help you create a safer workplace, free and clear of drug and alcohol use. Businesses that take advantage of this program will receive over $3,500 in Free services for their employees. In addition to the Free services, drug testing costs for employees typically can be reduced by half. Your Drug-Free Workplace includes:

• A written policy: Drug-Free Hoosiers provides you with a sample policy, but also offers one-on-one consultation to develop the Drug-Free Workplace policy that’s right for you
• Prevention training: Choose from in-person or online training for your supervisors, employees, and working parents. You’ll also receive access to our Employee Assistance Program Hotline to assist with referrals
• Drug testing: No Drug-Free Workplace is complete without drug and alcohol testing. With Drug-Free Hoosiers, you receive subsidized drug testing. Save even more when you enroll in our outcomes reporting program!
• Continuing education: A Drug-Free Workplace is a process, not a one-time event. Receive emails updating you on news, and continuing your education in substance abuse prevention and awareness
• Tracking tools: See the ROI on your investment with tools to track accidents, absenteeism, productivity, and more

While programs of this type typically sell for thousands of dollars, the grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration, allows us to offer it to you for a small enrollment fee of just $150. Your enrollment fee goes back into the program to help sustain the Drug-Free Hoosiers Program into the future.
